Senior Finance Bid Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Bid Manager to join their Enterprise Deal Team, supporting major real estate outsourcing pursuits across the UK and EMEA.

This is a highly commercial, client-facing role focused on leading complex financial modelling, pricing strategies, operating budgets, labour modelling, and outsourcing solutions for large-scale bids and renewals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading pricing and commercial modelling for multi-million-pound pursuits
• Supporting RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations
• Partnering with sales, finance, and operational stakeholders
• Presenting commercial value to clients during pitches and negotiations
• Managing cross-functional bid contributions and financial reporting

Requirements:

• Must have experience pricing IFM Bids
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Experience working on large, complex bids/RFPs
