Private Client Solicitor

A highly regarded law firm based in Belfast City Centre is searching for a diligent Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team in Belfast.

Your New Role

As the Private Client Solicitor you will advise individuals on a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts (creation, administration, and termination)
• Powers of Attorney / Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance tax and estate planning strategies
• Elderly client matters and capacity issues
• Managing a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion
• Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
• Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser

What You Need To Succeed

As the Private Client Solicitor, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE and experience in private client law, such as wills and estate planning.
• Work as part of a broader private client team.
• Have strong communication skills.
