Job Overview

We require a C4/SM to support delivery of an AI strategy within the client. The role will work in an extended team to identify AI use cases across the client and support assessment of technical feasibility. Understanding of AI, ML, and Gen AI tools such as GPT models and agentic AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of solutions ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business language, advising leadership, product owners, and clients.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues ensuring rapid resolution and informed decision-making.
• Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure delivery of AI strategy outcomes.
• Understanding emerging trends, tools, and methods in AI; introduce innovations that add value.
