Location: Coventry • Salary: £70,000 – £90,000

Overview

We are a leading tax advisory firm in Warwickshire, recently established new offices in the West of Coventry. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead complex advisory projects, including corporate reorganisations, share schemes, incorporations and wider restructuring.

This is a highly visible, client‑facing role focused on delivering commercially effective tax strategies, mitigating risk, and ensuring full compliance with current legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex tax advisory projects end-to-end
• Prepare and review step plans and detailed technical analysis
• Manage HMRC filings, clearances, and stakeholder communication
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and support the development of junior staff

About You

• CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong expertise across UK direct taxes (CT, CGT, IHT, employment taxes, etc.)
• Proven background in advisory/transactional work
