Independent Sales Consultant

Overview

We are seeking ambitious Field Sales Representatives to represent The Sharp Solution in the UK. You will visit hotels and businesses, present our marketing and automation services, and close high-value contracts. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach hotels and businesses to offer our services.
• Conduct on-site meetings to understand client needs.
• Present tailored solutions and close contracts.
• Manage a pipeline and follow up consistently.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in sales or hospitality (preferred).
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
• Based in the UK with flexibility to travel.
• Comfortable with commission-only structure.

Compensation & Rewards

• Commission-only role (no base salary).
• High-ticket commissions: £500–£1,500+ per closed deal.
