Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aylesbury. As the Faculty Director for Construction and Technology, you will oversee curriculum design, manage program development, and ensure the delivery of outstanding educational experiences in the construction and technology sectors. You will lead a dynamic faculty team, contribute to strategic initiatives, and work closely with stakeholders to maintain and enhance educational standards. A key component of this role will be providing academic advising to support student success and career readiness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development, Program Development, and Instructional Design
- Experience in Education and Academic Advising
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in construction, technology, or education
- Experience in the construction or technology sectors is a plus
