Location: Croydon, commutable from Bromley, Orpington, Mitcham, Sutton, Caterham, Crawley, Sevenoaks, Dartford and surrounding areas.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well‑established and expanding business during an exciting period of growth. As a key technical expert, you will lead a range of high‑profile projects and work with a range of blue‑chip clients across the M&E Building Services sector.

The Role

• Deliver M&E consultancy services to clients.
• Manage your own desk and provide consultancy services.
• Conduct condition surveys and oversee projects from concept to completion.
• Autonomous, Monday‑to‑Friday role with flexible working hours (37.5 hours per week).
• Opportunity for full autonomy and technical progression.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven consultancy background.
• Experience within M&E / Building Services.
• Commutable to Croydon.
