Contentious Construction Solicitor, 3:6 PQE, Buckinghamshire. A well-established regional heavyweight is looking to add a construction litigation solicitor (3:6 PQE) to its growing team. Litigators with a broader commercial background and an interest in focusing on construction disputes are also welcome. Responsibilities
- Join a busy and well-respected construction disputes team, handling a varied mix of work including development agreements, building contracts, tender issues and development finance disputes.
- Work closely with experienced practitioners on complex matters, with plenty of support and scope to develop specialist skills in construction disputes.
About You
- Comfortable managing a range of disputes work and confident picking up unfamiliar tasks with the right level of guidance. A practical, common-sense approach and the ability to apply legal principles in a commercial way are key.
- Produces high-quality, reliable work.
- Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Is keen to develop and take on responsibility.
