What You’ll Recruit Into
You will specialise in advanced data and intelligence roles including:
- Data Engineering & Architecture
- Data Science & Machine Learning
- AI & Automation
These roles sit within enterprise, consulting and highly regulated environments, where data is business-critical and hiring is strategic.
The Role
As a senior consultant, you will:
- Own and grow a specialist Data & AI desk
- Deliver high-value permanent and/or contract recruitment
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across key accounts
- Build and maintain deep candidate networks across niche skill sets
- Mentor junior consultants as the desk scales
- Drive new business and expand existing client relationships
What They’re Looking For
- Proven agency recruitment experience with a strong billing track record
- Background in data, analytics, AI or technology recruitment
- Comfortable operating in a consultative, senior-stakeholder environment
- Commercially driven and motivated by building a high-value market
- Able to work in London 3 days per week
