Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with brand goals
- Identify growth opportunities, strengthen brand positioning, and boost engagement
Campaigns & Content
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital & offline)
- Oversee creation of high-quality content across social, video, and web
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimise social media, paid ads, email marketing, and influencer campaigns
- Stay ahead of trends and implement innovative marketing tactics
Leadership
- Lead the Marketing function
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution
Insights & Performance
- Analyse campaign performance and market trends
- Use data and insights to continuously optimise strategy
Partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, partners, and collaborators
- Drive brand awareness through strategic partnerships
Budget Management
- Own and manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI
- Track performance and report on spend effectively

- Proven experience in a marketing management role (MUST HAVE fashion, apparel or retail brand)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action

This job can be considered on a remote working basis, with monthly visits to their HQ in Northern Ireland. Hybrid working is also considered if based in Northern Ireland.
