THE ROLE
We have a vacancy for a talented 3 ‑ 4 PQE Associate Solicitor, to join a well‑regarded Real Estate Disputes team.
The post holder will be expected to handle a wide range of real estate dispute matters, including:
- Party wall claims
- Developer claims
- Proactively conducting and dealing with landlord and tenant matters
- Possession proceedings on behalf of landlords and lenders
- Contested lease renewals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
Assisting senior members of the team on high value/complex litigation.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have excellent academics and relevant real estate litigation experience from a top‑quality commercial practice.
They will be a self‑starter ready to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
The firm offers hybrid working arrangements.
