We specialise in high-quality heat transfers, HTV, and Hotronix heat presses. As we continue to grow in the UK, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to help us expand our customer base and deepen relationships with industry partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead sales growth for our heat transfers, HTV, and Hotronix equipment.
  • Identify new business opportunities in sportswear, workwear, fashion, and custom print.
  • Nurture key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Deliver impactful product demos, training, and trade show support.
  • Align closely with marketing on campaigns and product launches.
  • Report on pipeline, market trends, and strategic insights.

What You Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience in garment decoration, printwear, or textiles.
  • Deep product knowledge: DTF, screen printed transfers, HTV, and heat presses.
  • Strong industry network and ability to open doors.
  • Confident communicator with solid commercial acumen.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solution-first approach.
  • Willing to travel across the UK.
