Position Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead complex projects, craft scalable software solutions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and implement game features aligned with overall game design.
- Optimize existing game engines to improve performance and scalability.
- Coordinate with other team leads to synchronize development processes.
- Review and produce code and technical design documents for peers.
- Build and enforce coding standards and guidelines.
- Navigate the organization to connect with relevant individuals and resources.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in C# and essential knowledge of Unity.
- Strong experience in software development and a deep understanding of development principles.
- Analytical skills to propose performance‑improving solutions.
- Maintain code quality through reviews and alignment with established standards.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Hands‑on management style with end‑to‑end process tracking.
- Understanding of general business concepts to interpret critical metrics such as DAU and ARPDAU.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with game development and industry knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
