Shape the Future of Digital Product Experience
We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Product to lead the evolution of a major UK digital platform within a nationally recognised media organisation.
This is a high-impact leadership role with real strategic influence – combining product vision, innovation, commercial thinking, and delivery leadership at scale.
You’ll work closely with senior and C-level stakeholders to define long-term product direction, drive customer engagement, and help shape the organisation’s wider digital transformation journey. We’re looking for someone who brings both deep product expertise and a strong external perspective, using market insight, emerging technology, and customer behaviour to influence decision-making and create competitive advantage.
What You’ll Be Driving
Strategic Product Leadership
- Define and evolve the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap across key digital platforms
- Align product direction with customer needs, commercial objectives, brand ambitions, and organisational priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions through insight, data, and market perspective
Innovation & Market Insight
- Bring an external lens to product strategy through competitor analysis, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Identify new opportunities for growth, engagement, and differentiation
- Champion modern product thinking and customer‑centric ways of working across the organisation
Delivery & Product Excellence
- Own an outcome‑focused roadmap with clear measurable impact
- Establish robust prioritisation frameworks grounded in experimentation, analytics, and user insight
- Partner with third‑party vendors and technology partners to influence roadmaps and deliver strategic objectives
- Embed best‑in‑class product practices, helping elevate product capability across teams
What We’re Looking For
You’re a strategic and commercially minded product leader who combines vision with execution and can confidently operate at executive level.
You’ll likely bring:
- Significant experience leading product strategy and delivery within digital, media, technology, or consumer‑facing environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer value and business performance
- A highly data‑driven approach with deep understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and optimisation
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience influencing senior leadership and C‑suite audiences
- Experience working with and managing third‑party technology or platform partners
- A forward‑thinking mindset with a passion for innovation and evolving digital customer experiences
