Mechanical Design Engineer (Permanent) Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) • Produce detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings • Work on a variety of engineering projects across the marine sector and related industries • Liaise with external suppliers including metallurgists and R&D teams • Ensure designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturability requirements • Support design reviews, modifications, and continuous improvement activities • Maintain accurate engineering documentation in line with company standards
