The Role
Supporting senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of key reporting and analysis across a diverse international portfolio. You will collaborate closely with both head office and operational teams, gaining real exposure to stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and challenging financial performance across multiple sites, including P&L and balance sheet analysis
- Supporting group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation
- Producing insightful reports for senior management, investors, and lenders
- Partnering with operational teams to improve financial performance and controls
- Playing a key role in systems optimisation and potential finance system enhancements
- Contributing to audits, projects, and strategic initiatives such as refinancing or transactions
About You
- Qualified accountant
- Background in hospitality or a complex, multi-site environment
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and confident working with stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced setting
