• Own the month end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and produce management accounts, providing clear commentary on performance.
• Manage and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring integrity and control.
• Lead on statutory accounting, audit preparation, and compliance.
• Support budget holders with financial analysis and insight to drive decision making.
• Prepare variance analysis and review monthly results with commercial teams.
• Partner across the business to provide financial support, challenge, and guidance.
• Drive process improvements, embedding better controls and efficiencies.
• Get hands on with systems, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.

Your Profile

• Solid background in management accounting and financial control
• Experience with statutory accounts and audit processes
• Confident working with budget holders and providing commercial support
• Hands on, detail oriented, and comfortable in a fast paced, scaling environment
• Strong Excel and systems skills, able to turn data into actionable insight
• A team player who enjoys problem solving and continuous improvement
