Job Description:

As an AI Architect at Avanade, you will play a critical role in shaping our growing community of Agentic AI experts, defining how we design, build, and deliver agentic solutions at scale. Alongside this, you will lead the solutioning, architecture, and delivery of large, complex agentic AI solutions for clients using the latest Microsoft technologies. You will influence Avanade’s technical direction in agentic AI, build capability across teams, and work closely with senior client stakeholders to shape requirements, define architectures, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Shaping Capability and Community Act as a technical leader within the AI & Data practice, mentoring architects and senior engineers. Stay ahead of Microsoft’s AI roadmap and emerging agentic patterns, translating these into practical guidance. Help shape and grow Avanade’s Agentic AI community by establishing best practices, architectural patterns, standards, and reusable assets. Contribute to thought leadership, internal enablement, and the evolution of Avanade’s agentic AI offerings.

Client Solutioning and Architecture Shape and own end-to-end architecture for complex agentic AI solutions from concept to production. Design and deliver solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. Provide hands-on technical leadership across design, build, integration, and deployment. Lead delivery of large, complex AI programmes involving multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders. Significant hands-on experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Deep technical expertise in designing and implementing agentic AI architectures. Proven experience architecting and delivering large, complex AI solutions. Ability to operate across strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery. Experience working with Azure AI Foundry or equivalent Azure-based AI platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform integration patterns. Knowledge of enterprise governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks. Microsoft certifications in AI, Azure, or Power Platform (desirable).
