Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of .NET-based web applications
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews for quality assurance
• Drive Agile delivery using sprints and Scrum ceremonies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and timelines
• Architect robust APIs using ASP.NET Core and REST principles
• Manage deployments to Azure and implement DevOps pipelines
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and optimize backend services
• Integrate databases using Entity Framework and SQL Server
• Work with front-end developers on full-stack delivery
• Implement security best practices including OAuth, encryption, and input validation
• Track progress using JIRA, Confluence, and Git
• Ensure unit testing and test-driven development practices
• Identify and address technical debt
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Stay current with evolving Microsoft tech stack
