Job Description
You will own the marketing and content pillar from scratch, transforming engagement into measurable pipeline. As the first dedicated hire in this function, you’ll build a repeatable engine for top-of-funnel growth, crafting distinctive content for global brands like Nike and Netflix while running high‑velocity experiments across channels to drive ARR.

What you will do
- Build and manage a consistent content engine, owning the LinkedIn presence for both the company and its founders.
- Run continuous growth experiments across personas and messaging to identify and double‑down on high‑converting channels.
- Track performance from first‑touch through to revenue, building dashboards to quantify MQLs and pipeline contribution.
The ideal candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in growth, content, or early‑stage marketing with a strong bias for action and shipping.
- Exceptional commercial writing skills with the ability to develop a sharp, opinionated, and distinctive brand voice.
- Highly analytical mindset comfortable with CRM tools, data interpretation, and tying marketing activities directly to ARR outcomes.
