The role

• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications for a wide range of AI‑related innovations, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Providing strategic IP advice to clients developing novel software and hardware solutions.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients, often working directly with inventors and R&D teams.
• Collaborating closely with other attorneys in cross‑disciplinary areas such as computer vision, robotics, and quantum computing.

About you

• You’ll be a qualified (or soon‑to‑qualify) UK or European Patent Attorney with a strong academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience with AI or computer‑implemented inventions is essential.
• You’ll be commercially minded, client‑focused, and confident communicating complex ideas clearly.
