You will be a founding-level engineer building the future of tax advisory. Working directly with founders, you will own the development of transparent, AI-native systems that transform manual workflows into structured, traceable deliverables. This role involves everything from prototyping agentic systems to hardening production services for major enterprise firms.

What You Will Do

• Build and scale LangGraph-based multi-agent systems featuring advanced checkpointing, observability, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
• Design and implement robust Python APIs using FastAPI and optimize complex data schemas across PostgreSQL, Supabase, and Neo4j graph databases.
• Architect enterprise-ready infrastructure on GCP, implementing sophisticated IAM, multi-tenant isolation, and audit patterns required for regulated procurement.

The ideal candidate

• 2–3 years of experience building production software, including at least one year within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Deep technical proficiency in the modern AI stack, specifically LangGraph, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI coding tools like Cursor.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in Python/FastAPI and cloud operations on GCP or AWS, with a mindset focused on reliability and outcomes.
