Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager within the Employee Benefit sector. The role involves identifying and engaging potential business clients, demonstrating the value of Digital Rewards Group’s product offerings, and building strong partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, presenting solutions to HR and business leaders, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role will require analysing market trends, managing a sales pipeline, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, particularly in the employee benefits or B2B sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Organised and goal-driven, with experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting targets.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and HR solutions is a plus.
  • Qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
