Salary: £35,000 (£32,000 plus a £3000 Weighting Allowance) per annum plus bonus opportunity

Hours: 45hrs per week

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results and achieve sales targets.
• Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching, and foster a collaborative, high‑performing store environment.
• Ensure operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve queries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Develop talent within your team, create succession plans, and support ongoing growth.
