A rapidly expanding Fintech organisation is looking for a Senior Firmware Test Automation Engineer to join their engineering team and take ownership of a brand-new automation testing function focused on embedded Linux devices and cloud-connected platforms.
This is a hands‑on engineering role where you’ll design and develop automated regression systems, build hardware-in-the-loop testing environments, and improve reliability across firmware, video, and streaming workflows. You’ll work closely with firmware engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, automated quality solutions in a fast‑moving technical environment.

Your Mission
- Design and build scalable firmware automation frameworks
- Develop daily regression pipelines for embedded Linux devices
- Automate firmware deployment, device flashing, and test execution
- Build automated validation for video and streaming workflows
- Support RTSP and WebRTC testing, stability, and performance monitoring
- Create robust hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing environments
- Improve automation reliability, reporting, and failure triage
- Collaborate with firmware teams to improve testability and product quality
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in Firmware Testing or Test Automation Engineering
- Strong Python scripting and automation experience
- Hands‑on experience with Embedded Linux environments
- Experience building CI‑driven automated testing pipelines
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and debugging
