Location: London, E6 7FFWorking Hours: 07:30 – 17:00, 42 hours per week
We’re looking for an Asset and Fulfilment Manager to join our depot team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations by managing equipment inventory, ensuring its availability, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the Asset & Fulfilment Operatives, assisting with sourcing and stock management, coordinating logistics activities, and providing excellent support to our customers and your team.
What You’ll Do
- Book equipment into the depot, check for damage, and report any issues promptly.
- Support the Fulfilment & Asset Manager with day-to-day operations, including customer support and deputising when required.
- Monitor and manage assets using D365.
- Pick, allocate, and source equipment to meet depot needs and shortfalls.
- Coordinate Transport and Returns (T&R) activity.
- Maximise asset availability and escalate shortages when necessary.
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment for dispatch and return.
- Handle customer and internal enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify and report safety risks within the depot or workshop.
- Complete all administrative and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in weekly asset counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s equipment and services.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support the team.
