The Role
This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious Digital Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple concurrent digital projects, acting as a key link between clients and internal development, product, creative, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple small to medium-sized digital projects simultaneously
• Lead client onboarding and support new platform integrations
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including scope of work, timelines, and resource plans
• Coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
• Build strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Promote project management best practices across the business
• Stay informed on digital tools, platforms, and industry trends
Requirements:
• Proven experience delivering apps and digital projects
• Background in B2B software, digital platforms, or the online gambling industry
• Comfortable working with technical systems, CMS platforms, and project management tools such as JIRA
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially aware and process-driven
• Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and clients
