As a Lead Developer, you’ll be actively involved in building and delivering new functionality, while guiding a team to produce high quality, scalable software. Working closely with Platform Engineering, Product, Design, Test and Project Management, you’ll help shape technical direction, improve processes, and ensure delivery is on time and to agreed standards.
Lead the design, development and maintenance of software applications, ensuring quality, efficiency and performance Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team on tooling, CI/CD and deployment process improvements Debug, resolve issues, fix bugs and optimise performance across the stack Act as a liaison between Engineering and Senior Management, communicating progress, risks and technical challenges
Strong commercial experience with C# .NET Solid SQL/MySQL experience Proven experience developing enterprise-grade single-page applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with strong expertise in modern frameworks Strong grasp of OOP principles, design patterns, software design and architecture Proven experience working in an Agile environment You’ll be joining a team where your work actually matters, helping millions of users around the world interact with cutting-edge technology every day.
