Multi-Trade Operative – Kitchens & General Maintenance (Reading & Surrounding Areas)

We’re currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy social housing contract, working across occupied and void properties in and around Reading.

Key duties

• Full kitchen installations
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Working in tenanted properties
• Snagging and finishing to a high standard
• Assisting with minor repairs and property upkeep as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in kitchen fitting or general maintenance
• CSCS card preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
