OSU is Mizkan’s emerging drinks brand, and we’re now at the point where momentum needs to turn into real commercial success. That’s where you come in.

You’ll start where all great drinks brands earn their credibility, the on-trade. Using your network and market knowledge, you’ll secure distributor listings, win placements in bars, restaurants and QSR and build the trial and advocacy that gets people talking.

From there, you’ll help take OSU to the next level, supporting off-trade growth, shaping compelling customer propositions, and bringing strong sell-in stories to retail buyers.

This is a role for someone who enjoys opening doors and creating momentum, not just maintaining existing accounts. You’ll own your customer relationships, deliver commercial results and feed real insight back into the brand as it grows.

We’re looking for someone with drinks experience at Account Manager or NAM level, strong on-trade exposure, and a track record of winning new business. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who can tell a compelling story and get customers to buy into it.
