LocationThis role is based at our Ballymena Branch.

Your RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Manager to join us. In this role you’ll lead branch sales activity, growing profitable sales and margin through the sales team and customer relationships. You’ll lead from the front, set the standard and bring the best out of your team. Most of all, it’s a role where what you do really matters – every day you’ll help our customers build with confidence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and coach the branch sales team.
  • Deliver sales and margin targets.
  • Develop key customer accounts.
  • Drive pricing, quoting and conversion.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity.

What you’ll bring We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Sales management experience in merchanting.
  • Account-management and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial focus.
  • Able to meet the health & safety, legislative and competency prerequisites for the role, including any required licences, tickets, training and Opus SMS responsibilities.
  • Personal attributes aligned to our values with a safety-first, customer-focused and reliable approach.
  • Established customer network. (Desirable but not essential)
  • Product knowledge. (Desirable but not essential)
