Client Engagement Partner
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (plus bonus)

Looking for a role where your communication skills, customer focus and proactive approach can shine.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through internal systems, external platforms and social media.
- Research and network proactively to secure meetings with decision‑makers in target accounts.
- Maintain and update CRM data, track leads accurately, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and maximise conversion rates.
- Support marketing campaigns and follow‑up activities to drive engagement.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support is ideal; we also welcome candidates from high‑volume, phone‑based customer service or sales roles.
- Primarily speaking to existing clients, fact‑finding and qualifying leads to refer to the sales team.
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and resilience.
- Experience engaging with B2B & corporate clients will be useful.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
