This medium bedded purpose-built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Deputy Manager , you will work closely with the HomeManager to the correct care is provided to residents.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager:
- Support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care and smooth daily operations.
- Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure compliance and best practice standards.
- Assist with regulatory compliance, audits, and maintaining CQC requirements.
Requirements as a Deputy Manager:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 (Health & Social Care)
- Previous residential/nursing home experience
- Previous management experience
