Quantity Surveyor – Manchester

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their North West team, delivering high-spec commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS who enjoys being heavily involved across the full project lifecycle – not just cost management. The business is looking for a strong all‑rounder with the ability to work at pace within a fast‑moving Tier 1 fit‑out environment.

Salary & Package

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Commercial fit‑out or refurbishment experience
• Strong contract knowledge, including JCT
• Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects within fast‑paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and commercial instinct
• Experience working closely with both operational and pre‑construction teams
