We have a brilliant opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving recruitment agency based in Mumbles, Swansea.
Suitable candidates will have advanced communication skills and a desire to earn a considerable wage working in the Environmental and Engineering Sector.
Ideally applicants will be educated to degree level or similar in a Scientific, Engineering or Business related degree, but the most important skill is the ability to persuade and sell!
Role Overview
Within the role you will be trained in candidate profiling, business development, advertising marketing and fee negotiating. Commission remain a srong incentive with consultants frequently doubling their basic salary with the commission earned.
