Store Manager

The Role

As a Store Manager at Wickes, you will lead the store team, manage your workload, and prioritise safety. You will be customer‑centric, ensuring each customer has a great shopping experience while maintaining high standards for product availability and promotion display.

Responsibilities

• Organise and work with the team to achieve sales targets.
• Motivate colleagues and serve customers, ensuring they find the right products.
• Maintain promotion accuracy and inventory levels.

About you

We are looking for an experienced store manager within a retail environment. You should have a “can‑do” spirit, proven leadership, and a track‑record of meeting KPIs and working to targets. You can recruit and develop high‑potential team members.
