We’re looking for an experienced Lithographic Print Mind to join our client’s production team, operating a B2 Heidelberg Colour Press. Working double day shifts, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality print work across a range of commercial jobs, while maintaining press efficiency, quality control, and safe operating standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain the B2 Heidelberg colour press.
• Monitor print quality throughout the run and make adjustments as needed.
• Work from job specifications and ensure colour accuracy and registration.
• Liaise with the Production Scheduler and team to meet daily targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure the press area is clean and safe.
• Complete job records and follow all health & safety and environmental protocols, including safe chemical handling and waste disposal.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating lithographic presses.
• Strong understanding of colour control, print quality standards, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with health & safety best practices.

Working Hours

• Double Day Shifts: Monday to Friday
• Shifts alternate weekly. No weekend work required. Overtime is available when required
