Commercial Manager – Roles and Responsibilities* Lead the commercial management of planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts.* Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability.* Manage contract negotiations, variations, and risk across multiple schemes.* Work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
Commercial Manager – Requirements* Proven experience in a commercial management role within planned maintenance or refurbishment projects.* Strong knowledge of cost management, contract law, and financial processes.* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
