Job Title: Business Analyst (12 month FTC)
Location: Moreton-In-Marsh
Salary: up to £58,000
Peaple Talent have partnered with a well-established organisation to support the hire of a Business Analyst on a twelve-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for enhancing business systems and processes by bridging the gap between clients, teams, and stakeholders.
The Role:
- Lead business analysis, define requirements, and align solutions with organisational goals.
- Identify process improvements and design efficient, user-focused services.
- Plan and support testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Maintain strong documentation, governance, and continuous improvement practices.
The Candidate:
- Strong business analysis experience with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in requirements definition, process modelling, workshops, and working within Agile or waterfall environments.
- Adaptable and delivery-focused, with experience in fast-paced settings using iterative and flexible approaches.
The Package:
Base salary: up to £58,000
