We are seeking experienced transformation consultants to lead complex, human-centric programmes for FTSE 100 and public sector clients.
The Mandate: Business-Led HR Transformation Unlike traditional implementation roles, this position focuses on the business and HR perspective of digital change. You will guide clients through the complexities of Oracle HCM Cloud adoption, ensuring that technology serves as a vehicle for operational excellence and personalised employee journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on HR operating models and industry best practices, using Oracle HCM programme experience to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead business readiness and functional workstreams during full-lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust solution designs that align with long-term HR policy and strategic goals.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships, building consensus across technical and business teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies to ensure sustainable value-add for the client organisation.
- Contribute to the commercial growth of the practice through proposal development and RFP responses.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership on the intersection of HR and Agentic AI.
Required Experience & Skills
- Consulting Pedigree: Current or recent experience within a major management consultancy is essential. Applicants must be comfortable navigating matrixed organisations and delivering external advisory services.
- Oracle HCM Expertise: Proven track record in full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Talent, or Payroll). While this is not a hands-on configuration role, a functional understanding of the platform is required for credible client advisory.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond platform-specific implementation to broader HR transformation and intelligent automation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Analytical Rigour: A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
