We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Livingston. This is initially a fixed-term part-time role (20 hours a week) in the afternoon hours – 1pm to 5pm. Relevant experience is not mandatory. You will receive full training.

Your tasks:

  • Ensure the professional and timely processing of customer orders in SAP Business One including but not limited to internal and external clarifications, invoicing, processing shipments including creation of shipping documents.
  • Planning of shipments.
  • Liaising with customers during the entire process.
  • Management of customer digital platforms.
  • Cooperation between internal group entities.
  • Responsible for managing the department mailbox.

Our expectations:

  • Experience in customer service, order processing or logistics in not mandatory but would be advantageous.
  • Experience using SAP Business One, would be advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers via phone or email.
  • You must be organised, reliable and diligent with strong focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent team player but have the ability to work using own initiative.
  • Able to understand and follow corporate company processes and procedures.
