Currently supporting a leading UK engineering and infrastructure business in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong Building Services (MEP) experience to join a major framework project in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial team at an early stage of a long-term framework, working on high-profile projects within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.
Lead commercial activities across medium to large-scale Building Services / MEP projects Support project and framework mobilisation from an early stage Manage project costs, cash flow forecasting, reporting, and final accounts Review and negotiate contract terms, risks, variations, and subcontractor agreements Work closely with project delivery and commercial leadership teams Mentor and support junior commercial team members where required
