This is a pivotal, high-impact role where your ideas, leadership, and commercial thinking will directly influence the future of the business and its product range.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through to launch
• Create, manage, and continuously improve the critical path process
• Drive projects through key stage gates with pace, agility, and precision
• Collaborate closely with chefs to turn ideas into commercially viable, high-quality products
• Build strong, trusted relationships with both internal teams and external customers
