About the role
The Workplace Division at Everway is seeking a Senior Sales Administrator to provide essential operational and administrative support across the New Business, Account Management, and Channel Sales teams. This fast‑paced role is suited to someone who is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with a strong customer‑first mindset and a ‘can‑do’ approach.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day sales operations, helping to drive efficiency across the customer journey from initial enquiry through to onboarding and account handover. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help maintain high-quality CRM data, support lead management activity and ensure timely follow‑up across key sales processes.
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders using the CRM system
- Answering specific inbound customer enquiries
- Monitoring the live chat system
- Updating and administering the database and CRM
- Tracking, assigning and ensuring timely follow‑up of leads
- Managing software trials for potential customers
- Working with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth handover of new business accounts to the Account Management Team
- Reporting and tracking key metrics and market intelligence
- Merging accounts, creating contacts, and acting as the CRM champion
- Monitoring voicemail for Workplace sales
- Pulling monthly usage data
- Using Outreach to send communication sequences to customers
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in administration or sales support
- Experience working directly with customers and delivering excellent customer service
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Sugar, Salesforce, Act, Goldmine)
- High level of IT literacy
- Ability to work and respond at pace in a professional manner
- Organised, thorough and dependable
- Consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and a ‘can‑do’ attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Google Workspace
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritise daily workload
