Home Manager – £65,000 per year (including 10% KPI bonus)
Location: Worksop
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Home Manager to lead a well‑established residential service in Worksop. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for delivering outstanding, person‑centred care.
Key Requirements
Holds, or is currently working towards, Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management
Experience as a Registered Manager (preferred)
Substantial management experience within residential or nursing services
Strong knowledge and experience of MCA/DoLS compliance
Highly organised, proactive and committed to person‑centred care
Car driver
Must provide a full employment history with dates (CQC requirement)
Service User Groups
Experience in one or more of the following is desirable:
Nursing Homes
Dementia Care
Learning Disabilities / Autism
Physical Disabilities
