The role

You’ll be at the heart of a large-scale food and beverage operation, supporting the management team in delivering smooth, efficient service across busy periods. This is a hands‑on role—perfect for someone who thrives in volume, leads by example, and keeps standards high under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising service across restaurant and bar areas
• Leading and motivating a large team during peak service
• Ensuring consistency in service standards and guest experience
• Supporting rota management and team organisation
• Assisting with stock control and ordering

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or strong team leader in a high-volume venue
• Confident managing busy services and large teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Resilient, energetic, and solutions-focused
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
