This role is accountable for delivering safe, compliant, and efficient production while fostering a strong culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of high‑quality medicines to patients.Key Responsibilities:Lead manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and supply targetsOwn GMP compliance, audit readiness, and quality risk management within the departmentDrive production performance through effective resource planning, KPI management, and issue resolutionLead, develop, and engage Shift Managers, Team Leaders, and Operators to build high‑performing teamsChampion continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiativesManage departmental budgets, costs, and capacity to align with business objectivesKnowledge, skills, and experience:Significant pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership experience, with a strong track record in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient operationsProven ability to lead, develop, and manage teams while meeting tight deadlines and performance targetsDemonstrated experience in budget and cost control within manufacturing environmentsHands-on experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimisationStrong working knowledge of GMP, QMS, RCA/CAPA, and regulatory audit environmentsIf you are a proven pharmaceutical manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment and is passionate about people development and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you .We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace “The Real Us”.
