The Role
An ambitious and driven Residential Property Solicitor is sought to join a thriving and growing team in Essex. The firm is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. You will be well versed in handling the full spectrum of residential conveyancing work, including freehold and leasehold transactions, deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales and purchases, as well as other matters arising within residential property. This is a superb opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, networking, and helping to build and grow a caseload. Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling a varied caseload of residential property matters
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Confidence in advising clients on a broad range of transactions from instruction through to completion
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and prioritize competing deadlines
- Interest in business development, networking, and building long‑term client relationships
