Organise all necessary maintenance and repairs for a property portfolio – essentially theMonitor rental paymentsLiaise with landlords and tenants to organise tenancy renewals and adherence to all contractual obligationsHandling all maintenance issues with tenants and landlords, resolve via approved contractorsLiaising with contractors ensuring works are satisfactorily completed, invoicingResolving all rent payment issuesConfirming lease extensions, manage negotiations and agreementsCarry out property visits and inspectionsThe person:
Essential: 2 years professional working experience – estate agency preferredEssential: Full driving license and own vehicleEssential: An interested to get into/continue working in the property industryThrive on keeping busy and enjoy working under pressureExcellent telephone manner and customer service skillsMeticulous attention to detailAn outgoing personality with a passion for customer serviceDemonstrate first class administrative skillsExcellent time management skills including the ability to prioritiseCustomer facing experienceAn analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and TenantsExcellent written and verbal communication skills at all levelsAbility to work on own initiative but all works well as part of a busy teamWe look forward to receiving your application.
