Key Responsibilities
Safeguard clients’ legal interests in financial contract matters.
Assist senior legal professionals in fulfilling client goals.
Draft legal submissions and documents for regulatory bodies.
Participate in client acquisition and relationship-building efforts.
Support clients in resolving disputes through mediation and arbitration.
Engage in discussions and negotiations with various stakeholders.
